I'm back on this thread to bit!& again. We haven't even gotten an inch the past week. Today I stepped in a crack in the ground that was just narrower than the width of my foot. Meanwhile a 30 minute drive away they are having one of their wettest September's on record. We live on black Clay and it is literally so dry I can crush it into powder now

Finally got my rain. Had to get 8 miles from the house on my bike to force the sky to open up on me yesterday, but it followed me all the way home.
Actually rained here yesterday.
Haven't checked to see how much but was nice to see it.

I can shut up now. Received about 3" after my piss and moan post.
Got over 2.5" at South Bosque Elementary yesterday.

Was in new Braunfels yesterday for a wedding and came home last night to Houston. Some family stayed behind and cant get home now due to flooding.

Haven't checked my gauge at choke in a few weeks, but a buddy drove by and dumped 5" out of my gauge today.......said it was still pouring when he left. I have been hawking the Frio river levels from there to Concan.

I'm in Uvalde for the weekend. It has rained most of the day. More than 11 inches in the last week before this today. It's too wet to go check the gauge. It is so green here that it almost hurts your eyes. Lots of cotton and cucumbers ruined, though.

Send some of that over to BCS. 3.7" the last couple weeks and still need another half a foot to catch up to the average
Rockport, TX: Did not get this much rain with Harvey, awoke this morning (Thank You Lord) the streets are totally flooded, over a 1 1/2' in a week, WOW!

Already here. The Spartan can't keep up. I'm fogging to porch and plants 2_3 X's a day
I kind of like hearing the toads after it rains. Then i unfortunately mow over the dumb ones that hang around too long.
