A friend has a ranch in Grandview, TX. 1 mile east of I-35. Their cameras just caught these two dipsh*ts on their property. Who poaches in a pea coat anyways??

Make sure you report it to the sheriff and game warden.

Post it on the general or Aggie football board. You will likely have a name in under 24 hours.

Post the link and updates back on the outdoors board so we don't have to spend more time than necessary within the zoo.

Are they quail hunting?

Bet you a dollar they hunt about once every five years and didnt know where they were. Thanksgiving day, look at how they are dressed, carrying what looks like a single shot 12ga. Most likely some Yuppies in town visiting grandma that decided to go "hunting" before or after lunch and took a walk not knowing the property lines. Think Levis commercial goes hunting. Talk to the adjoining property owners and you will find it was somebodies ill informed family member.

We haven't heard anything yet from any of the neighbors. The camera is set up on a trail leading up from the creek into their property. The shadows show there are at least three of them.

Uninvited with a gun on your property is criminal trespassing I believe. Even if they are retrieving wounded game the proper thing to do is call the neighbor/property owner.

If they are visiting relatives of the neighbors that got confused as to where they were, I'm not sure I'd classify it as a serious crime.

An honest, but stupid, mistake? You bet - and one worth a nice lecture concerning knowing where you can and cannot be. But if it is an honest mistake, it needs to be left at that.
