If property was posted or fenced, it is trespassed.
I see 5 strand barbed wire in the background. That is all that is necessary. it doesn't even have to be completely fenced, theoretically. The fence itself is an indicator that the intent is to keep something in our out of that section of land.

How do you know from that picture that the barbed wire is not a circle surrounding a big hole in the ground to keep people/animals from falling in it?

I didn't say THAT PIC is evidence enoguh, but it would be very easy to go back and get more evidence of the nature of the fence.

Just for the record, there is a game bird called a snipe and they're relatively commonly hunted. Even in Texas. They're similar to woodcock and quite challenging to hunt.
