Are the walls insulated like the roof and floor?
Just the roof and floor. The floor will keep the cold out and prevent condensation. The roof insulation will help as well, and add some stability. The walls I didn't do mainly for simplicity.

Good work! That ceiling vent fan is very popular with people that rebuild vintage trailers. You'll love it. Are you going with a completely modern build or work in vintage items as well? There are several original tear drops around my town and I see them all the time on the highway. They are getting quite popular.

What grade of plywood is that? Just curious. If it is exterior grade with waterproof glue, it should hold up quite well, even if you get some checking and water penetration. If you recoat it with spar varnish annually, it should hold up.

It's a cabinet grade plywood. I've coated the outside in two coats of high quality marine epoxy. And I'm going to put four coats of uv and chip resistant boat paint. Hopefully I will never have to deal with water damage.
Good call on the epoxy. That should protect it well.
Update:
1st trip out of the garage to get sanded
Fiber glassed the roof/wall junction to water proof it. This was before the glass was sanded to blend it in and before the second coat of epoxy.
The paint I used said not to apply in hot/dry weather. It's Laredo, it's always hot and dry. So I painted it in the middle of the night. 5 coats and 6 hours later.
The end is in sight!

I used a decent sheet of plywood, well braced. And then I put this on it before I laid the tile.
