I am headed to Pecos for work and will be staying there over night tomorrow. Anyone have any recommendations on where to eat dinner and breakfast? Also any cool old hotels to get a room at instead of the chain ones?

My brother did quite a bit of work out there over the last year. He said everything shuts down around 8.

Alfredo's and La Fiesta. If I remember correctly, La Fiesta is BYOB.
