I just saw the biggest spider in my life go in my truck. I rolled up my window and I'm wondering if the heat will kill it? What temp will that sucker burn to death?

Probably won't get hot enough to kill it, but it may. Bed bugs start to die at 113. If you are really worried about it, you could set off a total release aerosol fogger in the cab and let it sit overnight.
If you left your man card in the truck, he probably ate it.
If it is that big its probably a tarantula. totally harmless to humans. although their fangs can get quite large, it wouldn't bite you unless you seriously screwed with it.
or could be a wolf spider, they get pretty large as well. again harmless.
just take something and knock it out the door. No reason to kill it unless you are scared or something...

I'm not very proud of it, but I screamed like a little girl one time when a HUGE spider was on my window inside the truck next to my face once. My wife still makes fun of me about that little episode. We're lucky I didn't go all O'Doyle over the cliff and kill everyone in a fiery crash.

Family friend had that happen with a click beetle. Them things still give me the shudders.
Go to Seti Alpha 5. They put things worse than spiders in your ear.

But to be honest, I too would have to burn the truck to the ground. Thats the only logical, sensible advice that I can offer.
If you dont incinerate the truck, this devil creature will certainly build a pulsating web/nest like the one in the movie Arachnophobia.
Or at least thats what I would imagine in my nightmares.
