I guess this came out back in 2017, but I totally missed it. I'm not a fan of complex modern games and FPS bore me. My first console was a 2600 and my favorite computer of all time was the Commodore 64. IMO better graphics don't necessarily mean a better game.
I found Thimbleweed Park yesterday and I'm absolutely loving it. It's late a 1980s/early 1990s point and click adventure.
For reference my favorite game of all time was Zak McKraken and the Alien Mindbenders (yes C-64). I believe the same people that worked on that and Maniac Mansion worked on this. It's the same gameplay, but with a lot more.
I think it's on most platforms but I got it on iOS. It's flawless.
