What a jerk. I didn't think too highly of CrossFit owners to begin with but this makes me steam.


Our doggie day care won't allow Airtags due to other dogs pulling them off and swallowing them.

Several points.

1) I DMed Evan to explain myself and apologize it I came off rudely. I was stopped at a light and read his message, started to write back, then hit post too soon. I didn't have a chance to write back until several hours later. I did not want to share the info because I've seen what a rampaging TexAgs can do when given public information and no regard for real-life consequences. Sometimes it's to great effect, like exposing Barnes and the fake GoFundMe he set up. Sometimes it's not so great and people suffer for it.

2) I'm not here to be rude to anyone. I just asked for help with the air tags. Life goes on and we've searched high and low for our cat. We rescued her from utter starvation in 2018 and she has been a beautiful part of our family for 5 years. We've gone through every step we could think of to try and find her, calling multiple area vets, the microchip company, animal shelters and on and on. You know how much it sucks when your kids ask you if you've heard about the cat every morning when you get up and you have to say no?

3) Thanks for anyone's help who lent a word of advice or a prayer for our cat. I'm going to go ahead and retire from this thread.

I can and have dealt with sort of similar issues and can say if my dog is missing and it says it's in some dirtbags building, he can give permission or not, but I'm going in and it's going to take less than 2 hours to make it happen. I've worked with rescue organizations and busted into private buildings after credible reports of animals in need. The only time it went to court the judge leg is go.

CrossFit homo is my number one goal for searching. You can often bribe nextdoor business to snoop from their side if it's set up that way. It just depends on how bad you want the animal back. Personally, I have almost no limit to what I'll do.
