My play has evolved to where I prefer a tac shotgun or SMG over the pump, but basically I prefer the same loadout. I have way more sniper and tac kills than any other. I usually end up fighting long range or very close. I rarely even use an AR unless it is early in the game or purple or better.

I have gotten way too many victory royales lately for them to be real players.

Watched Dakotaz clutch this game last week and it has had me smiling since. I noticed he put it on YouTube so I thought I would share. He did a random squad with 3 kids who had no idea who he was. The whole thing is comedic gold but the best part was the genuine joy you could hear from those kids when he got the victory.

SypherPK put out a vid where, while streaming, he and his chat stream sniped kids who were streaming and all joined their games dressed as a banana. The kids would freak out when they saw like 90 bananas coming at them. Then, he would tell his followers the kid's name and they would instantly have 500 followers. One time they all swam around the middle island like a weird school of banana dolphins.

Yep. 7-10am is a gold mine for wins. Midnight to about 5am is absolutely brutal

Just go to Nickmercs YouTube and there's a few videos posted of them playing together. Should be a few since they've played together since over a year ago. The Bucs even have a short video about mike playing fortnite

I usually play in the morning. Also, I am horrible, so you wouldn't want to play with me.

Ha I figured y'all would get the win. I didn't have to option to stay on as it closed out on me. It's a widespread issue of the game crashing and bad FPS drops. I made a change and played 5-6 games without crashing so it should be good

I don't think so, but I'm not an expert. I'm just now getting back into the PC world after 12 years of Playstations, XBoxs, and MacBooks.

This is insane. Also, this is why I stay away from Harley Quinn skins when possible. They are the new soccer skin for sweats.

I wonder how that guy is in a regular game though. Tons of people just sit in creative and get good at building/editing, but they can't shoot to save their life.

So I took several months off and now that spring break is all but over and I get at least another week because my school district is shut down I've started up again. Already have 3 solo wins and a squad win in 3 days of playing. Seems like there is a lot less competition than when I quit in the fall.

It seems like they keep adjusting skill based matchmaking. I switched to mouse and keyboard and have yet to get a solo win after about a month. The last 10 people usually turns into people boxing up

I think you are right. There will be days when I win 2 or 3 in a row and then days when I don't make top 20 unless I hide. I usually watch those matches to the end and conclude that there was no way I was going to beat any of the last 5 or so. I end up thinking, "How was I matched with those guys?"

You're leveling up then back down is my only guess.

You're on the fringe of being best in the division you won in and worst in the next.

Maybe. It is really weird.

I suppose also it depends on who is joining a match at any given time.
