I am gonna be on a lot this morning since I am off. If anyone wants a fourth squady who contributes no combat skills beyond long range sniping and is happy to hide and act as a meds and mats mule, I am your guy. Hahaha. Jeez I suck.

So I've been neglecting Fortnite because RDR2 is the most fun I've had in an open world game ever (Skyrim is nearly there), and realized I've got A LOT to catch up on.
Still not done with RDR2 either....still on chapter 5
So if anyone plans on getting on Fortnite this weekend I'll be there trying to blast out challenges and get to 100. Got weeks 7-10 to complete!

Are chutes no longer redeployable?? Was in the final three and floating along with some balloons only to drop them and promptly splat.
I wish I had the laugh/cry emoji for this one. They've been out for almost 2 weeks now. Only active in the LTM modes.
Ah, I haven't been playing lately due to traveling in places with crappy internet.
Don't worry it still happens. I did it the other day going to third party a fight towards end game. Needless to say I ended up the same as you. It's hard to remember when hopping between normal and LTMs where it's still deployable

Creative mode is cool. If any of you are on my friends list and you see my created island, don't attribute it to me. My 5 year old is home sick and going ham on his creative masterpiece.

I'm debating getting the battle pass bundle or not. The planes look sick. Got another random squad win last night and I think we had 20 kills total. Never seen that teamwork with random teammates and nobody on a mic
I bought the standard battle pass during my lunch break (it is nice living 5 minutes from work). The map changes are pretty cool. I like the addition of the planes. I also like that you can drink shield, shoot your weapons, etc. now while using the balloons. You have to physically release the balloons.

Looks like just grapplers left for mobility besides the vehicles I think. Interesting that they took out the shockwaves.
I wish planes were a little harder to shoot down, but I love that teammates can ride on the plane. My squad loaded up on dynamite and we virtually leveled Tilted Towers on a massive bombing run.
Just played a match of team rumble and one of my teammates became a giant. It was a crazy bug. Anyone else ever seen that?
Yeah I think it might be related to the quadcrashers. This new map update is so good with so many places to drop.

I just had the most fun team rumble match. I looked up and went to the castle at the top of the snowy peak. It was in the middle of the circle, so I set up shop inside it. Set two traps and the barricaded myself in.
I sniped a couple of people through the windows and then people started pushing the castle. My traps killed two more and then I just kept building walls and pyramids to defend myself. Ended up getting 10 kills and never died.
I felt like I was playing king of the mountain.

Infinity Blade is the boss.
I think the blade has broken the game because it is "boss". It is incredibly difficult to kill someone in a solo match that has 400hp. I suppose it works ok in squads when multiple people can engage. However, getting into the top 3 only to get destroyed by the infinity blade has ruined the solo experience for me. They either need to nerf it in the solo game or make a no blade mode. Until such time, I'm done with solos.

Only way I have been successful against it is with balloons and quad launcher. Still, it was quite an ordeal to defeat.
This. It needs to be an LTM just like Thanos was. The planes also need to be an LTM and quadcrashers gone. Way too many bugs and lag with everything. not to mention the planes are just annoying and defeat any purpose of building.
This is what's awesome about epic games and fortnite. They listen to the community and take action based on what they hear and see for the most part.
You should just have regular HP but regenerating.
