I got a lucky grenade to bounce into a shelter and got 3 kills from guys trying to bandage and heal up. Plus 2 AR kills. I think 3 total was my best game before that.

50v50 all gold sucks. I liked the soarin'.
The 7 chests in wailing are easy if you land at the architect house, those count.
Edit to add: I say that, then do a solo and get three kills to take Greasy, and then do another 50v50 and get 4 kills and knock out the pickaxe challenge.

I agree it's terrible. Nothing worse than getting into an early fight against a SCAR/Double Barrel/Heavy when all that spawned where you landed were silenced pistols and Deagles. Hopefully if they don't bring back Soaring they will at least change it to normal weapons soon.zip04 said:

So what's the cube doing now?
I read that it's moving about twice as fast as it was before (every 52 minutes now opposed to the original every 103 minutes).
It seems to have totally jacked up Fatal Fields where now:
1. Everything floats including items
2. Can't take fall damage
3. Every jump is almost like going off a jump pad
Was playing some 50v last night working on objectives and had some crazy builds going on since you can basically jump and build 3-4 straight levels up.
Probably need to get a group of us together and try that area out in playground mode to figure stuff out....cause if the final circle ends there and you're not used to it you're gonna get taken out in a heartbeat

I don't even carry a pump anymore unless it's the beginning of the game. Either tac or heavy

Actually dropped pleasant for all 3. Got 8 kills out of pleasant in one of them. Other game the final zone was heading towards tilted and my team died. Ended up killing like 9 in tilted

I'll be on from 8-10 EST. I'm messing around in 50v50 getting used to the controller again since now it tracks that. It will be nice knowing you are only playing controllers (unless they have the device that tricks the system).
And there is a green semi auto sniper rifle now...

Edit to add: I also noticed you can now carry 3 half shields instead of only 2.
That's more useless than the revolver in my opinion. The semi auto sniper is pretty much trash
Haha! I know that sounded like BS, but it was true! I was holding the fire button down and no juice! He was bad enough that I let go and started tapping but it was too late.
The new LTM is interesting. Not sure how I feel about it quite yet. It seems to be the most dynamic mode yet. Lots of chaos when I played it a few times.

It's actually pretty easy. All you have to do is land in an area a square or two away from a safe and loot up then kill the squad that survives with the jewel. By then there are usually like 20 people left and 2-3 vans still.FriendlyAg said:

This. The way to win is camp at a van and just destroy the ramp the jewel holder builds.
I think I figured this out the hard way. We kept dropping near the jewel and we were able to get it multiple times. We would then have to fight off a team third partying the area. If we survived that, we then had to deal with a massive fort at the site of the bus. Zero wins!?! I felt like all we did was just deliver the jewel to the team camping the bus!! They called me the old man on the Destiny forum..... I told them I was coming back over here so I'd feel young again, compared to the class of '95 and all.
I barely played getaway yesterday. It seems like it will be fun with a full squad, but not something I'd pick long term over regular squads.
