The new SMG magazine should be brought down to about 35 and then it will be better. Right now, for how good it is, the magazine is too large.

Go through rifts often and pause to look around. You'll see them.

Reading comprehension is overrated.
Do you mean a supply drop? Normally they are blue circles to mark where a supply drop will land. With the update, there are balloons with the circles and a present drops instead of the typical supply crate.dlance said:

SMG and Compact SMG accuracy bonus reduced from 35% to 15%.
SMG damage reduced from 19/20/21 to 17/18/19.
Compact SMG damage reduced from 23/24 to 21/22.
SMG fire rate reduced from 13 to 12.
Compact SMG fire rate reduced from 11 to 10.
SMG, Compact SMG, and Silenced SMG damage falloff.
Range reduced from 2400/3500/5000 to 2000/3000/4000.
Percentage reduced from 100/80/65% to 100/70/40%.
Rare SMG and Compact SMGs drop rates slightly reduced.
We'll continue to monitor and please keep the feedback coming!

And I could definitely feel the changes this afternoon. I was crouched on top of the small factory on the East side of Flush and was shooting a grey SMG at a guy eating cake. I got the kill, but I had to shoot like two rounds, hesitate, shoot two more, etc. or else the rounds went all over the place.

Man, I can't get 2 sniper kills to save my life.

If you can't do it in solo, play squad or duo and knock them with a different weapon, then finish them with the hunting rifle.

Those are the cakes. These are white glowing circles with ballons and "light" streaming from them.
This haunted hills challenge is pissing me off. 5 kills there is difficult when their isn't a lot of loot when 8+ people are dropping there. I've gotten 1 kill in 5 games.
