He throws up a hasty building. I duck back around the corner and pick up a rocket launcher. I run up a ramp and jump over a wall into a recess...and I accidentally bump my trigger button firing a rocket right where I was landing.

I only have 2 solo wins total (1 in season 3 and 1 in season 4) because I hardly play solo, and when I do I am just dropping in and playing super aggressive to work on fighting or defensively building.FIDO95 said:

I have an least 10 2nd place solo finishes in season 5. I had over 30 solo wins on prior seasons combined. I just lost the ability to get that final kill before dying in moronic fashion.
I must be getting too old. I finally decided to break down and get a walker (control freak knobs) this past weekend. We will see if that helps.

Best way to get them if you aren't a great sniper is playing squads or 50v50 then boxing in a knocked opponent to eliminate with a sniper. I disagree. Doing nothing would ultimately ruin the game. They are creative and continue to evolve the game. Furthermore, they do a fantastic job of listening to their gamers and change things back if they do not work or are not liked (i.e. trap damage was nerfed for a week and then bumped back up when the community didn't like it).HossAg said:

That happens to all of them eventually. Either the gamers, the producers, or both will do something to kill it. The bad thing is you can't pull out a copy of Season 2 and play that build... Can't complain too much about a free game though.HossAg said:

But I do like the idea of the different materials offering different levels of protection. They also ought to have different build times.
Still having a lot of fun playing just wish I had more time to get into it.
Thought so. Usually use metal/brick for the base of something then use wood to expand all over.zip04 said:
They do. In fact, the latest update changed the metal from 20 seconds to 25 seconds, but increased its health once fully built from 400 to 500.
