Love the Millennium Falcon, but it's gotta be the Tardis.

Pros: Can travel through space and time, and it's also bigger on the inside than the outside.
Cons: It's 'stuck' as a 1950's police phone box.

I always thought the Nephilim ship from Wing Commander looked pretty cool, and then saw the new Star Trek and thought the Romulan ship looked pretty similar

EDIT: Couldn't find link that would work that showed the ad for Wing Commander Prophecy, the art was cool but in the game kinda looked like crap nowadays
