Operation Metro on rush (alpha map) will be only map.

However I'm still excited. I have it pre-ordered for 360 but I'll be trying beta on both.

I wish all my fellow TexAg'rs would re-consider using consoles for BF3. Consoles are cap'd at 30ish. PC, on the other hand, is going to have 64 player matches! Talk about feeling like you're actually in a war... 32 players on each team means there will never be a shortage of enemy tanks, heli's, jets, and ground units.

No doubt the PC version will be more expansive, but with BF:BC2 they made the maps a bit smaller so that the fewer numbers of players would fit the map, making it just as intense. Granted, I've never played on the PC so don't know how accurate that is, but I greatly enjoy BC2 on the 360 - and don't have the money to upgrade my computer for the game. It'll have to be good enough.

I'm going to get the beta for the PS3 and 360 just to see if there are any differences. I'll be getting the full game for 360 regardless because that's where all my texags boys be at.

Did they say how long the beta would last? I'm going to be playing the crap out of Gears 3 so I don't plan on spending much time with the beta.

As stated above, I'll be around. Likely more on 360 (because of the more populous friend's list of BF players) but I will try to get some time in on PS3 just to compare.

Damn, I'm excited for this. Unfortunately the beta overlaps the release of RAGE... That game might be put on hold for a few days.
