Not sure why there was so much hype that the defense was going to be a lot better. Despite all the moves this offseason, they weren't the kind that was going to turn this thing around, at least not this fast. Dallas is 29th in the league in defensive salary. Like last season's "all in" nonsense, Jerry is all talk. He had/has the cap space to really improve the defense and didn't.
