I didn't get to watch most of the game yesterday but listened to the 4th quarter on the radio. Also haven't gone back through the whole thread to catch up so apologies if this has been dicussed.

When is it time to get concerned about CJ? And I'm not talking about concern to the point where the Texans are benching him or anything like that.

But long term is there any concern that last season will be the outlier and this season is more like the CJ Stroud they'll get moving forward?

Yeah I know the OL has been a huge issue all season but he's been very pedestrian this season even when he's been protected and had opportunities.

I feel bad for the front 7, they were exceptional yesterday. Anderson is an absolute beast who lifts everyone up around him.

And apparently, according to Lance Z, the Texan D has allowed the most TD passes (24) in the league. Including 3 over over 50 yards to that dud, A. Richardson.

Secondary has been atrocious.

Demeco will get fired next season

Demeco won't get fired and CJ will get better when his sophomore slump is over. Texans need a more dynamic offense and Slowic isn't the answer. The Division is still almost a certainty with a 3 game lead with 5 to play. If the Texans stumble in at 2-3, Indy would need to go 5-0 to take it.

If The Texans Great kicker had made FGs he almost always makes vs Detroit and Tenn we win both games. Lost to GB by letting them have time to overcome our winning drive. Texans could be 10-2 but they struggle just like they did last year. The rookie magic is gone and CJ will adjust and become a dynamic QB again.

We could be looking at a Baltimore, KC then Buffalo route in th playoffs or if we get lucky, we could host Pitt, LAC and Denver and head to the Super Bowl for a Lions rematch.

This, unfortunately we took on the Shanahan style offense at the end of it's run. Defenses have schemed to specifically stop it with so many teams adopting it, so we'll need to adjust now or at the latest this offseason.
