The way this offense is working. We are going to win the division and lose the 1st or 2nd rd of the playoffs. Unless cj improves or we get o line help it's who we are. Will be stuck with the 20th rd pick and no 2nd rounder to help. We just aren't on the same level as kc or Balt or even buff though we beat them. Det will go in dry and Balt and kc most likely. Must improve the oline
Hard to move the ball with the best wr duo in the league out. It's cj's 2nd year. We were all hoping to win 6 games last year.
They are due for some regression to the mean this season. They outplayed predictions last year and snuck up on teams, but that got them a first place schedule this season. As a result they are playing a harder schedule.
Their injuries at WR don't help, and the poor line play is definitely frustrating as well. But they are generally a young team and there will be some ups and downs. Right now is a down and last night was the first game since the Lovie Smith era that was somewhat discouraging. But they have some good coaches and will bounce back.
They'll still likely win the division and will likely win at least 10 games. Playing the Colts before Flacco was the starter will help all of that. Getting to play Tennessee and Jacksonville will also help. They end the season with 3 tough games, but hopefully they will be a little healthier by that point and they can win 2 of the 3. They'll definitely know what they're made of after the last 3 games as well.
