Playing all these squeakers just suggests they aren't that good and Buffalo is probably going to roll themin th AFc title game.

Otherwise, they seem to have adopted a San Antonio Spurs type of model of just enough fundamental on ofense and a crushing defense to win lots of games without their stars taking tremendous abuse.

For me, it's not necessarily hate, but obviously people get tired of the same team winning a lot. I don't hate them, I'd just love to see a new AFC team in the Super Bowl for a couple of years in a row at least.

Also for me the Netflix show quarterback really made me dislike the personalities of Patrick and his wife. I know I'm not the only one who came out of that documentary feeling like that towards them.

Are the Texans even going to play to win the next two weeks? I don't see how it will change the playoff seeding if they win out vs lose out. Seems better to limit injury potential.

There's absolutely a chance at the 3 seed, however I might prefer 4 seed at this point to go to KC vs Buffalo in division round.

It's a guess at this point where they would go.

The 6 can easily upset the 3, or all higher seeds could win.

Mahomes is a poon. The constant "injuries" limping off the field like he needs an amputation only to come back 3 plays later. It's obnoxious.

This to me is the worst.

If one were a conspiracy prone person one might suspect that the League was doing things to ensure the Chiefs stay in the spotlight, particularly since Kelce started dating the biggest celebrity pop singer on the planet.

If that is not the case, the League needs to look into the officiating and to a success bias, meaning the past success of a given team (Chiefs now, Patriots with Brady, etc.) influences how the officials see and call the game now.

Mahomes is incredibly talented, but you can almost set your watch to the "ankle injury" he gets towards the end of the season/post-season and the miraculous comeback he has. It's not so much that he's unlikeable, but the NFL doesn't have a plethora of top tier QBs right now like they used to, so it's just too much.

If the Ravens beat the Steelers, the Texans only have to win 2 of the final 3 for the 3rd seed versus the 4th. This would be huge if, somehow, Chiefs and Bills get upset in the Divisional Round. I don't see that happening.

More from the mental side of things, this offense has started to look better the second half of the season, I don't agree with having 3 weeks of half-A effort/execution and then going into the playoffs. We just don't have the ability to turn things on or off when we want.

I don't think the Texans have successfully executed that screen pass this year.

So here's my hypothetical…let's say Stroud is moderately better next season, or looks similar to this season…are the Texans back in the QB market after next season? Feels like this year has been that bad.

Mahomes did look a bit slow on that scramble.
