He has no trade value at this point and next season has a base salary of 8.5 million with $13 million in guaranteed money remaining. The extension we signed him to was $27 million guaranteed. We didn't get any production at all out of that new deal we signed him to, what a disaster he has been.
There isn't any more future guaranteed money at this point. There is a fair amount of dead money to eat tho, especially since they converted what was $11 million of guaranteed 2023 salary to a bonus that would prorate. They managed to take a bad deal and kick the can down the road to make it worse after 2023
Yeah, he was one of several deals we reworked to clear cap space.
I was all for making cap room so that we could have a "go for it" year or two... but those moves typically happen with guys like D-Law, Zack Martin, etc.... you know, guys that are good and will be here long term.

It's not all his fault, but man, Kellen Moore's offense in LA is so familiar.
When the game is a shootout, he can put up big time points to match. But in a game where the defense shuts down the other team, Kellen can't score and put the game away.

They're not that different from us, a front running team whose defense struggles when they don't jump out to a big lead. Also we just scored the same number of points while averaging nearly 2 more yards per play against Washington.

I'd have the NT torpedo Kelce's knees and a LB with a running start hammering Hurts in the head. When Kelce is cut, Hurts will be able to fall forward but he's also exposed. Don't spear him, but he's not a defenseless player. You may give up a couple at first, but they are risking both guys not finishing the game
