Why are they playing 10 yards off the receivers?

Of course it's called incomplete on the field.
The luck simply will not run out for these guys.
They could have lost the game 6 different ways

There's just nothing that can describe it.
The luckiest damn team I've ever seen in my life. All year long.
I just hope the game is as physical and as nasty as possible. Please beat each other up very very badly.Southlake said:
Eagles just beat the Chiefs and Bills. You can call them lucky but they are very good. They beat us.
Let's see how they stack up against SF next week.

I agree, they ARE good, but at some point the luck HAS TO run out right? RIGHT?? There's no way they can sustain that level of good luck, if I had to guess they get bounced first round, most likey divisional, of the playoffs.jr15aggie said:Southlake said:

We know they are good... but I've watched them play 5 games this year and they should have lost 4 of them! Ref calls in their favor, bad bounces, or the other team flat out being dumb.
A play that was illegal up until 2005. It was illegal for a reason. Not sure why they took the rule out. I guess they just wanted more offense.jr15aggie said:
I'll add to the luck argument... it's a combination of that and the fact that they have a play that pretty much cannot be stopped on 4th and 1. So much of their offense is built around "just get it to 4th and close and we'll go for it".
For the life of me, I cannot figure out why they are the only team that can do it and nobody can stop it. But a decent % of their points this year have come off of drives that most teams would have punted.
It's the most frustrating thing I've seen in a long time
All I do is Nguyen said:
From what I've seen Kelce basically snaps and does a bear crawl forward on all fours while Hurts follows on top of him or behind him while Swift and the other RB push Hurts forward. The key here would be to take out Kelce and it would fail, most likely.
The only way to do that though is to risk injury to Kelce and as much as I hate the Eagles he is one of the best centers ever to play the game. I also don't wish injury on anyone.
Just because one team does it well doesn't mean you have to ban it. Put on your big boy pants and figure out how to stop it.Yellerjacket said:A play that was illegal up until 2005. It's not just because they do the tush push so well. It's just frustrating to watch a team play great defense and stop a play, only to have the entire offense get behind the runner and push them in the end zone. I just feel like they had it right the first time when it was banned. Maybe that's just old man yelling at clouds.RealTalk said:Just because one team does it well doesn't mean you have to ban it. Opponents just need to accept that the Eagles are going to gain that yard or two and just have their guys put a good pop on Hurts every time they run the tush push.. Not saying to injure him but there's going to be a price to pay for trying it.
Ok.jr15aggie said:Southlake said:
