This was the big concern with the Tennessee WR, that they're the Art Briles bust special offense WRs that don't understand route concepts at all in the NFL.

I guess so, apparently they visited him multiple times and had him targeted to grab. Houston might be planning on using him as a gadget guy that they get the ball to around 15 times a game and he hits the big play. That 's a big staple of the offense, but it is kind of odd considering what the offense usually likes as a WR .
