Yikes. That's pretty blatant.
there were 2 on that play....
Yep the 2nd one is the one that springs him

NFL wanted the Andy Reid vs Philly, Kelce vs Kelce stories....what a ****ing sham...

I can't wait until Goodell is out

If you really think the fans is rigged, then why watch?

Goodell didn't do anything.

It is rigged and I also watch wrestling
Boxing is rigged
NBA is rigged
At least the WWE is open about it

I don't think it's rigged, I think everything becomes too black and white and we lose the spirit of the game. That wasn't a malicious hit, which is why the late hit rule came into play.

But now we determine games on this junk.

The NBA killed themselves by doing this, luckily they still have China to keep them profitable.

Unfortunately certain games are 100% rigged. I still watch for sure but you have to see it for what it is

This game wasn't decided by the late hit call.

It was the last play from scrimmage but it wasn't what decided this game.

You just gonna ignore the 2 holds that let Mahomes run free
Or the two clips that got the ball to this position

A 4 yard game winning drive.

If it's rigged

Why KC over Cincy

I just think officiating is hard and bad at times.

Reid vs. Eagles

Kelce vs. Kelce

So the networks have storylines to talk about and build up hype for the next two weeks.

NFL and the media companies care about absolutely nothing other than $$$

If you don't think parts of these games are manipulated, you're crazy.

With the Kansas City Chiefs 23-20 win over the Cincinatti Bengals in the AFC Championship Game, the NFL got the Super Bowl matchup and storylines it wanted.

1. The Philadelphia Eagles will face their former head coach Andy Reid, who coached the Eagles for 14 years from 1999 to 2012. This is becoming the Andy Reid Bowl

2. The Kelce Brothers Reunion between Philadelphia Eagles Center Jason Kelse and Kansas Chiefs Tight End Travis Kelce.

3. The first Super Bowl ever with two Black starting quarterbacks in Patrick Mahomes and Jalen Hurts and both played high school football in Texas.

NFL history.
Texas history.
Black history.

4. This will only be the 14th time in 49 Super Bowls that featured two No. 1 seeds since the NFL began seeding playoff teams in 1975 and first since the Eagles defeated the Patriots 41-33 in 2017.

The refs should have huddled after that last flagged and picked it up once they saw that Mahomes wasn't hurt. It was a late hit, but it shouldn't have decided the game. Edit: This is why basketball refs swallow their whistles at the end of games.

This is Mahome's mom. He's just as much white as he is black. It gets tiring when the media makes so much of it about race (I'm guessing this will be a storyline these next two weeks).

I know it makes for footage to draw eyes but the fact CBS basically had a dedicated camera on Ossai the entire last few minutes legit pissed me off. I know it's entertainment but to highlight what is likely a man's worst moment in his life as he goes through it is bush league. Felt like a softcore snuff film somehow.

the Chiefs really benefitted from getting the bye.

the bye is very, very important. Only have to win 2 games instead of 3.

the Bills & Bengals goofed by being comfortable with or allowing their week 17 game to be cancelled

Interesting to see this article coming from Mike Florio of ProFootballTalk.com, a NBC Sports property. Basically says that the league allows some of these holds to go uncalled to help the offense and keep the QBs healthy, because otherwise the product stinks.

Goofed? Even for you, that's quite the stretch

Bills had home field over bengals. They lost. They were going to lose week 17 also

In no scenario would bengals have had home filed over chiefs

What makes the product stink is, biased officiating

Yes, the Eagles and Chiefs benefited from finishing 14-3 to get the only first round byes and home field advantage throughout the playoffs. I think if the Bills and Bengals game had been played, the Bengals would have won. If that had happened, both the Bengals and Bills would have finished 13-4, and the Bengals would have gotten the No. 2 seed with a head-to-head tiebreaking win.

Sample of the No. 1 seeds since the playoff expansion.

2020: Packers lost NFC Championship Game; Chiefs advanced to the Super Bowl
2021: Titans and Packers went one and out
2022: Eagles and Chiefs reach Super Bowl

Having a first round bye does not guarantee a Super Bowl trip or even a playoff win, but it does provide a huge rest advantage.

Bad play by Ossai but Cincinnati lost this game in the last few minutes when they had 2 chances to take the lead or kick a FG as time expired and couldn't get it done. That's on Burrow, Zac Taylor & Company.

Credit to KC defense. Apparently they came into the game 32nd in the NFL vs. #1 WR and held Chase to 6 catches for 75 and no scores.

I think Philly takes this and it won't be close.

And it hasn't been mentioned because of the focus on the refs, but why did the Bengals keep that punt in bounds?
