Probably. Then overturned it.

Well it would have been a clear targeting if the ball hadn't luckily saved the Bills defender. That ball is thrown 6 inches lower and it's a targeting.

Dolphins are tough. You can see the effects of installing an offense that protects mediocre QB's and relies on a strong defense. SF, Philly, Miami...

And if that walrus ran past with that phone, I'd probably go into Deion Sanders "make a boulder" tackle form. It would be ugly. Just instincts.
