Game thread for both fanbases.

This thread is going to be a crap flinging fest. Should be entertaining.

Are we recognizing this as a "trash talking" thread?

We can start a separate trash thread if needed. I just think it would be fun to have a no holds barred thread going. We all expect a Cowboys blowout, but it could easily be a contested game. I say we all agree to pull no punches.

What I really need to happen is for Tony Pollard to fall asleep on the team bus and miss the game, while the Cowboys' defense throws a shutout with 9 defensive touchdowns and 24 sacks. As a Fantasy Football owner in the playoffs Texans' fan, that would make me happy.

I'm going to award the Texans 1 point for every first down they get, and 2 points for every time they get in the red zone, whether they score or not. That will make for a more competitive contest.

Honestly, this is how I hope this thread goes. Humor is better than venom in games like this.

Yeah, this game is not a competition by any stretch of the imagination. I went with friends to the '06 game which I think was a 30-6 Dallas win and Romo took over full time. I might be mixing that up. Anyway, the Texans were so awful in that game. They got 3 penalties via personal foul on a drive and still only kicked a football, we just laughed at how bad they were along with the Cowboy fans.

I have to work this afternoon at home so I'm definitely going to try and keep my new score system going

Houston fans pull out all the stops on Dallas fans

Dallas fans show general indifference to Houston fans.

When Houston is down by 3 TDs in 2nd quarter, all the trash talkers slink away.

Wow, B Team all around - announcers, side line chick. Guess Houston fans are used to this.

Keep in mind Prescott's stats are inflated since Dallas played bad teams the last three weeks.

Just got home and turned the game on; here we go, 'boys!

And it also took us 3 plays to get a first down. Texans definitely showed up ready to play!

Dak had multiple guys there and went high over the middle.

Perfect play call for Pollard. I just wanted them to swing it to Lamb off motion, but this basically accomplished the same thing. Get your speed to the edge and see what happens.
