Mongo would score better than that.
Big movement in NFL Draft over night.

I don't believe for one single solitary moment that any franchise could look at all of the QB's in this class and decide that Will Levis is the best. This is all smoke. Not sure where it's coming from, but Bryce will be the first pick.03TXAG said:Big movement in NFL Draft over night.

Indy might really really really love Levis? With us releasing we're thinking about Levis at 2, it might have forced Indy's hand to jump us up to #1, which Carolina is open to trading.Snake Jazz said:I don't believe for one single solitary moment that any franchise could look at all of the QB's in this class and decide that Will Levis is the best. Don't give me hope.
I don't think there's any way we trade with Indy.chjoak said:Really depends what the Panthers do but my guess is that the preferred plan is...LB12Diamond said:

1. Trade down with Indy (#4+35+'24 pick(s)) or Seattle (#5+20) and select Tyree Wilson @ 4 or 5
2. Stay @ #2 and select Anderson/Wilson.
This could be thrown completely out the window if the Panthers take anyone other than Young or trade #1 to a team that takes anyone other than Young.

On the post from reddit poster "SaleAgreeable2834," the NFL Draft market has been flipped on its head.

Yeah, it's rare a line would move this much just on random rumors. It can happen, but usually somebody some where got a hold of some pretty verifiable data.Ag_07 said:
I would typically ay this is all smoke and mirrors but Vegas knows things and they're not moving lines that drastically off smoke and mirrors.
I'm not the degenerate gambler but I do know they move lines sometimes just based on where money is going but not typically this much. Maybe someone else can elaborate.

This mania is all driven by a random Reddit post claiming Levis has told friends and family that Carolina is taking him at #1. Could potentially be something, but very likely nothing
Ag_07 said:
But I can't imagine them moving the lines like that off some random poster claiming some he said she said.
Maybe things started with the rumor and the books confirmed it with solid info.
Again...I'm not a betting expert and could be completely off here.
There isn't that much money being bet on these lines, so a relatively small amount of bets could move the lines on these type of bets. Who knows what it really is, but if 500 dudes on reddit all threw $100 on Leivs to go number 1 all of a sudden, that could cause a big swing in the lines.Ag_07 said:

I disagree. I get why you would say that but making a deal with Indy could be a master class in 4D chess.IrishAg said:I don't think there's any way we trade with Indy.chjoak said:Really depends what the Panthers do but my guess is that the preferred plan is...LB12Diamond said:

Buckner is almost 30...I would be fine with him as a throw-in to the deal, but not a substantive piece.Ryan34 said:
Peter Schrager proposed Indy trading #4 and DeForest Buckner for #2. Assuming some mid round or future picks are thrown in as well, I'd go for that. Adding Buckner and Tyree Wilson would give our DL a very different look than last year.
Even before this Levis rumor came out this morning, you don't pull the trigger on any deal until you're on the clock. You can have a deal completely lined up in principle, but you don't do it until you know for sure what you are dealing with.Max Power said:
I will say that if there's even a .1% chance that Carolina passes on Young then Houston can't consider trading out of 2 until after they make their pick. That being said, I have a tough time thinking Levis is the guy at number 1 after trading up from 9 and all the assets they gave up to get a QB. Granted I was still shocked when Cleveland took Mayfield at 1, but it happened. You never know who teams fall in love with until the pick is in.
