Maybe, but their window is now while Henry still has tread on the tires. Burks won't be as good as Brown on day 1.

Franchise him. Twice if you have to. Henry has been used so heavily. Tannehill isn't getting younger either. They need to try to win in the next couple of years.

Yeah, getting a WR locked in for 5 years at a rookie contract is now almost as big as getting the QB for those 5 years.
