Jaylon Smith is playing like ass so far tonight. He has whiffed at least three times already.

They think that a high third down conversion percentage is so awesome. What's more awesome is to stay out of third down situations. Third down is a last resort. You can't expect to convert 5 of them just to put points on the board. I just don't see the advanced stats in football like we see for baseball.

All honesty. I would like to see the Jones family hand Jason the GM reigns and let him manage the message and the player personell from the front office. I think thats where he would shine. They clearly trust him as much as non family can be trusted.
