I would expect it. 9 months seems doable for an ACL tear these days.
ACL repair and rehab has gotten to be such a routine science that I'd fully expect Wentz to be ready. Especially given his position.
After a rock solid season, it makes sense to me to sign a guy like Keenum to a one year deal to see what happens. Definitely made sense after you mentioned the risk of a multi-year deal with a QB like him.DannyDuberstein said:

Super Bowl or not, Wentz is the man. I would not get carried away from Foles finally putting 1-2 good games together. Foles really only has one year left on this deal, so i doubt he's going to have much trade value either. I think you just go status quo. Great young QB still starts with a quality vet backup.

I'm a big Patriots fan, but if I had to bet money, I'd put it on the Eagles. Great team. More importantly they have the type of defense to hurt Brady. They only need to bring 4 and can pressure up the middle with Cox.
