I do. And I have never once asked my nerve for permission.

Not a neurologist, but peripheral nerves tend to regrow about an inch per month. They can also stop growing forever at any point during this process. I have been told by specialists that you can generally expect anything under 6 inches to regrow and anything over 6 inches not to regrow, though there are exceptions either way. Even if it fully regrows, there is no guarantee it will ever work properly. Just my 2 cents, I'm sure the Cowboys have smarter doctors than me taking care of the problem

Sure. And all I know is what I read, but the cowboys doctor is the one that did his surgery so I think they would have pretty good counsel on the matter.

So all 4 NFC East teams win again this week. Figures... Cowboys #1 record in the NFL but we play in the hands down toughest division. Gonna be a dog fight till the end.

Edit: I guess the AFC West has an argument too as the best division.

Yes, the Steelers exposed the defense at times but the Steelers are a top offense. Even the Patriots don't have a trio as good as Ben, Brown, & Bell.

But we won... we won with a 6th round rookie and who ever the hell McFadden is.

Not to quibble or anything but Brady/Blount/Gronk and or Bennett have been every bit as good or better than the PIT trio.

You're splitting hairs to talk by how much or whatever but there are offenses out there as good or better than what PIT has shown.
PIT is just about to start hitting their stride with the injuries and suspensions. The 3-B's are top 3's at their position.

Like I said, Ben, Brown, and Bell are a better trio because Blount is not as good as Bell. Now, Brady does tip the scale to the Patriots in most match ups.

Arguing that the Steelers offense isn't a top offense in the league is almost as dumb as arguing about drafting Ramsey ahead of Elliott... almost.

Except I didn't argue that. Your reading comprehension is still pretty bad.

Saying there are a lot better offenses than the Steelers, better trios than the 3-B's, and listing them is pretty much the definition of arguing.

I guess making snide remarks and taking personal shots at me boost your self esteem in some weird way. If that's the kind of person you want to be don't act shocked when someone reminds you of your shortcomings.

#1 in the power rankings. Given what we all thought 6 months ago... and then 3 months ago when Romo went down... un... friggin... believable!!!

I'm 24 years old. For most of my sports fandom life, Romo has been the Cowboys QB. I've defended him to friends and family, and I still do believe that he might not be the best QB in the NFL, but he would have won a lot of games with a better overall team around him. He was for sure one of the sports heroes of my developmental fandom phase. He had a great team around him in 2013, and of course it ended on the Dez catch/not catch. I truly do think Romo is a good guy, and a great teammate and role model. The guy worked his way all the way from undrafted to being the a QB in the NFL. I'm sure at every point during that way up, he had a lot of things working against him but overcame them to get where he is now.

And, hearing his press conference today, everything I said was confirmed. He's a good guy, and a great teammate. It takes a lot to actually embrace a backup role in that manner. I still think at some point this season we might need him, but it's really refreshing to hear a guy be that honest about how he feels and what he's going to do. If the time comes where the front office does try to trade him, I will become a (secondary) fan of the team he goes to. Tony Romo deserves a super bowl ring. And we now have the best backup in the NFL, bar none. Not gonna lie, hearing him talk like that made me a little bit sports-emotional.

Everybody wants Romo to get his ring. I think some of yall are forgetting something basic. On every Super Bowl winning team, the backup quarterback gets a ring. Next year, Romo will be with another team. And he'll be trying for his second ring.

Ravens are also 0-4 against teams with winning records this season. Also, if you want to take it further back, Dallas lost to Cleveland in 1994 when Novacek was stopped six inches short of the goal line as time expired. I think the final was 20-16 or something like that. Dallas did beat that team in 1990 or 1991 if my brain remembers correctly.

Edit: The score was 19-14. Here's the video of the final play.

I believe that there is an even greater appreciation for him among those of use who had to watch the team from 1999-2006. Those were some lean, lean years.

That sucks!!! You missed the golden years.

That's also really creepy!!! My early memories are of Tony Dorsett and Danny White past his prime... I too had (sort of) just missed some of the glory years. I consider Staubach some guy that played a LONG time ago... but for some of y'all Aikman and Emmitt are guys that played a LONG time ago.

I'm not quite 40 yet but crap like this makes me feel super old!

I got lucky. I was born in '87, but had a very early sports consciousness. When I misbehaved, I'd be grounded from watching Monday Night Football, which drove me nuts. I vaguely remember the Buerlein year, and remember most of the '92 season. After that, I remember everything, but Dallas was the best team in football throughout my formative years.

It's not much of an argument as much as he's upset I've highlighted his inability to read at a high school level.

Which is understandable.

Anyway back to football!

I consider myself pretty lucky. The first season I remember was 1971 which is of course is the years Roger Staubach became the full-time starter and the Cowboys won their first Super Bowl. I vividly remember Bob Lilly sacking Bob Griese for a 29 yd loss which is still the longest negative play in Super Bowl history.

29 yd sack

I was born in 74 and I have some vague memories of Staubach's last year or two, but the first specific game that is still burned into my mind where I can remember details is the loss at Philly in the 1980 NFC title game. Then the Catch the next year is still burned in too. I can remember what I felt as I watched throughout the play and the eager anticipation as I thought they were about to sack Montana.

What did I miss in your post professor? I know you can't teach me anything about football but I'd be glad to accept some reading comprehension tips from you.

Which offenses do you think are better than the Steelers at full strength?
1. Patriots
2.?

Somebody is still really mad online.

I would just use google and help yourself out. I'd post some stuff for you but based on your last few mad posts I'm not sure you'd be able to read and comprehend them?
