Found a gun matching the description of the one Hernandez and crew allegedly threatened a guy with a few months ago.
I love Massachusetts' system...the prosecution is laying out their entire case.

Hernandez' girlfriend was talking to police, Hernandez called her and told her to stop talking.
Thinking Hernandez should have taken the OJ approach and had that white Audi of his roll anywhere out town until he got tracked down. Making some kind of run seems like his only chance of getting off at this point.

It was Hernandez who made the arrangements to meet with the victim, Hernandez who called his friends over saying "get your ass here now", Hernandez alone who knew the victim, and Hernandez who was talking on tape holding a gun saying he was "not being able to trust anyone." Evidence shows Hernandez organized the execution. Prosecution is saying his friends may have fired the bullets.
I see this being a plea deal to a lesser charge.
While all the evidence points to him plus a supposed snitch I see him pleaing out to a lesser charge. Not something dilly dally like obstruction but a very serious yet lesser charge.
No chance his lawyer puts this into the hands of a jury...Right??

The evidence I have seen here seems to suggest - why would the state even want to plea him down? It isn't like he is a beloved personality like OJ. In white boston, he is a tattooed punk that assassinated a friend because he couldn't trust him.

Any idea if this was said before of after the shooting?
And I don't see this being pleaded down by the prosecution. The evidence is too strong not to push this to jury which is what the defense would want so don't see the prosecution giving them what they want.

Before. Apparently they got access to what was recorded on his surveillance system before he shut it off after the murder.

I would say doing drugs more likely.
Could be. I was just thinking about what appears to be a pretty elaborate home security set-up. I guess being an well known NFL player may be a reason to have one too.
