I started a new job a few months ago after looking for several months, so there is some stability. I am now planning ahead and working on my resume. I hear that resumes these days need to be fine-tuned to make them ATS-friendly else they get kicked out by the system.

How does one know how ATS friendly one's resume is? Has anyone used any service to do so that is cost-effective and actually works?
