"IMPROVING MEDICARE FOR SENIORS: Today, President Donald J. Trump announced that the federal government will be making one-time payments of $90 per person to help more than 20 million enrollees pay for their Medicare Part B premiums.
Payments will be made from the Medicare Improvement Fund, which has been given $2 billion by Congress for the purposes of making improvements to the Medicare fee-for-service program, but has never before been utilized.
Most eligible seniors will receive the payment in the form a direct deposit of $90 in early October. Those without direct deposit will receive a check, also sent in early October, to the mailing address they have registered with Medicare.
Most Medicare Part B enrollees are eligible for the payments. Those whose premiums are already paid by Medicaid or who pay an Income-Related Monthly Adjustment Amount do not qualify.

$1.6 trillion - Inflation Reduction Act
$1.0 trillion - Infrastructure Investment & Jobs Act
$1.0 trillion - Regulatory & Compliance Cost
One has to wonder how much of that money went to friends of the administration.

'The national debt will always be high and will increase along with inflation, so the interest cost will limit annual discretionary spending funds.
Congress wants all funds locked down and restricted from discretionary spending by political opponents. They are politically jealous of the executive branch and want to control it in every way possible. That way they can continue their do nothing record.
If Democrats take control of congress in this midterm election, I predict zero discretionary funds available to the executive branch for the next two years. All discretionary funds will be expended on congressional investigations into Republicans.
