I grew up in Williamson county. Unfortunately the criminal (who is a repeat offender) will not see the Wilco justice we were know for.

This is lunacy. Austin's craziness spreading out - which I know has been happening for a while now.

I believe he is suggesting that the old school Williamson county justice doesn't exist anymore. Wilco is just and extension of Austin and Travis County.

Williamson county is now about 50/50 conservative/liberal. Depends on the jury.

Wilco was one of the most conservative counties in the state when I grew up. You did something like this you're were going to get the death penalty. There was no question about the outcome.

Absolutely true. This whole " people have a right to be crazy" policy that has been adopted is insane. They have a right to follow the same rules as everyone else and if they don't then they have a right to be locked up. Whether that's prison or involuntary psychiatric care.


And don't get me started on the state of psychiatric care … it's an absolute joke. It's a processing machine that seemingly has no goal beyond maybe temporary stabilization… at best…. And making bank of course.

Williamson voted for Trump in 2024. That sounds dark blue to me! Had you said trending bluer, I would have agreed with you. Its still red side of purple.
