Ok, as a proud Texan who's never lived anywhere else and an even prouder husband and father of a daughter, I applaud feminism. As recently as the 70s, women couldn't have their own credit cards or buy property on their own. I find that reprehensible.

I've never in my 55 years on this planet been anything but a proud ally for women and women's rights.

I'm convinced feminization is the root cause of the degradation of our society. We've reached feminine tipping points in lots of areas: media, universities, companies, judicial system, etc.. the NY Times for example, is like 55% female now.

We reached this tipping over the last 20 years. Females took over HR in corporations for example. Male CEOs now have to operate within the feminine norms set by the HR department.

I've lurked on and off the the last several years. Never felt the need to post until today when this thread was so blatantly hateful and sexist I couldn't sit back and not say anything anymore. What % of time across humanity do you think that things have been equal? What % advantage men? What % advantage women? With rounding it's going to be 0%, 100%, 0% (even with what I assume if your underestimate of the amount of time humans have existed). Can you give me an example of where anything was skewed for so long and then immediately can correct to being perfectly equal? I don't disagree that things were bad for women before 2000. It did get better over time. However, there is a strong push form white liberal females that have pushed that men are evil and bad. They don't consider men equals...they believe women are more equal than men.

I mean, we haven't had an equal society at any point in human history and the population hasn't stopped growing yet.

There are several people in this thread that have stated that they don't want to be equal. They want men in charge like their father was and his father before him. It seems like the only way most men in this thread can exist is by not having an equal as their spouse but rather by having a subservient wife.

I know for myself i don't think women are less than men. Some of my favorite managers and mentors have been women.

We should be treated equal and have the same opportunities. However, there are differences between men and women. Men are definitely better then woman in some aspects, and women are better than men in other aspects. Not all, but that is how it is mostly. It is like a team. However, just like the left in everything. They rather pull someone down, than pull someone up.
