it appears a third party did a FOIA request for certain records; ICE refused to disclose the records due to investigation (normal); a story was written about the request and subsequent refusal; trump shared that story. I don't think the story is that ICE is refusing to hand them over to trump (if I read your post correctly). and yeah MN is trash.

Surely they've already obtained that and had it tested. I sure hope so.
The main thing is whether or not she lied to the US government in her application to become a US citizen. If she did she is a candidate for denaturalization. If she is denaturalized, she is unqualified to be a congressperson, and would have to be expelled.
