Women dominating the workforce is a net negative. Vast majority of jobs going to them is a net negative. Do you see how disruptive this could be to a society and the natural order of things (family structure etc)? What if this trend of companies choosing women over men at a very high rate keeps up?
I think in general it's bad for the "vast majority" of jobs to go to either men or women, but there are posts with lots of blue stars on this thread that say stuff like this:
"I own my own business. I have never hired a woman. I will never hire a woman.
I love women, but they are awful in the workplace."
