Allowing women into the workforce has definitely impaired a mans ability to be the primary bread winner in his family..

I also find it funny women want to work in corporate America; I see them at my company they are all proud of their stupid titles...

OR....we could encourage men to go back to doing man jobs like trades and not being the number 2 demographic buyer of tampons. I don't know any welders or electricians that are not pulling 150K+. But it's hard work and we have raised a generation or two of work averse men. They get pushed into colleges and then into corporate gigs in the AC that pay OK and are easy. Easy jobs are what replaced by automation, foreigners, and, well, women.

If your office can function by pushing men out and replacing them with women, then the job never needed a man to do it in the first place.

Like I said, never send a man to do a woman's job. Men feel entitled to more money for the same work. Office work can be done by women for less money, and the product is often better anyway. If you are a male and you want to work for me, your pay is commensurate on work, not gender. If you want to make 6 figures, you will be in the field making it happen. If you want 30% less, then you can work in the office in the AC while your cycle gets synced up with the ladies.

I will agree that the dating pool of quality men is small. Women don't want men that are weaker than them, and those men are getting fewer and farer between.

weird I see tons of men in white collar jobs making a great living none of those offices need women in them to be successful.

I tend to agree, but the larger problem there is foreign workers with H1Bs or other arrangements taking those jobs from Americans.

In 3 years, robots will be doing the hard manual labor men do now. They will cost less than a year's salary for a man doing the same job, they will work day and night, won't join a union, won't complain and won't get sick. We will live in an America of abundance.

Then Cyberdyne and Skynet will become self aware and they will kill ya all! But right up till then, it will be awesome!

This is because IQ distribution on the high end tail is very heavily male and all the denial in the world doesn't change that reality. Males also are more content to work with "things" instead of people. Males are natural engineers. No amount of sicial manipulation changes the biology.

Except it's not just the office is it?

In my field of mental health approximately 3/4 of professionals are women (only psychiatry is a little over half).

It's wild that mental health is such a public crisis (just browse these forums for a sampling)

And the treatment experts are all liberal females trained in DEI and woke ideology.

it's a complex problem with lots of factors at play, but one of the bigger ones that hasn't really been mentioned is downstream effects from the educational attainment gap between men and women. it's been skewed toward the latter for years now, and the gap is widening.
