I'm trying to figure out what economic issue that the Democrats won't make FAR Worse with their own policies. Literally every issue gets worse under the democrat policy "solutions".

Their policy is less fuel supply and higher gas and energy prices. This naturally increases overall proces.
Their policy is higher taxes.
Their policy is now less productivity by stalling technological improvements
Their policy is a flood of new immigrants to suppress wages and increase social costs and drive inflation in hiding and consumer prices
Their policy is more regulation and inefficient bureaucracy
Their policy is higher crime through extreme leniency
Their policy is fewer protections against grift and corruption

They would love to crash anything and everything possible while Trump is in office just to blame him.

Less than a third of Democrats imho even make a pretense of loving America/being patriotic.

The economy, among other things, are headed in the right direction, even with the Iran headwind, which hopefully subsides. Swing voters voted for Trump 24 bc housing/grocery prices were too high, that issue hasnt been solved yet.

Eggs are cheaper.

Buy eggs. Plant them and grow some chicken. Eat chickens.

Enjoy prosperity.

But the DSA Democrats have plans to fix all of that.

Total price tag of their life enhancements is estimated at $52 trillion over a decade.

But since Paxton and his wife broke up and Orange Man Bad still sends mean tweets then we have no other choice.

Makes sense.

Yes, it's all about just wanting things to be 'more affordable.' Except for the inconvenient truth about the whole issue.

Quote:

Want to know why a bunch of these smaller enviro groups are so opposed to permitting reform?

Because it is the equivalent of cutting off their USAID money.

Since 2013, taxpayers have paid environmental groups more than $20 million to sue the federal government and then settle.

OpenTheBooks tracked attorney fees under the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, and Endangered Species Act the core of "sue and settle."

20132024: $20.3 million

2025: just over $510,000

By President:
Obama (2nd term): $5.7 million
Trump (1st term): $3.6 million
Biden: $10.9 million

2025: ~$510,000, the lowest year on record

Biden's first two years alone (~$6.9 million) nearly doubled Trump's entire first term.

Typical payouts -
Sierra Club: $4 million
Northwest Environmental Advocates: $1.8 million Center for Biological Diversity: $1.5 million Environmental Law & Policy Center: $1 million
NRDC: $1 million

This is how it works:
Sue over a missed deadline, settle, lock in new rules by consent decree, then bill taxpayers for the lawyers.

These are just attorney fee awards, not the cost of the rules and not the grants those same groups also collect.

This is an example of how Sue and Settle shut down energy development for five years in five western states and why we need permitting reform.
