Over and over again, they are held to much, much lower standards or to no standard at all.

If the races were reversed but the sexes the same, it still would have been the same legal outcome.

Ole boy was told to walk the other way with a gun pointed at him and he chose to walk closer. Self defense.


Had there not been an altercation prior to the pistol, then bad news for the lady. Had the ole boy put his hands up and walk the other way only to be shot, lady goes gets long term cuffs and the skin color attention by news outlets.
