It's really not that hard. ALL of these politicians on both sides are slimy and corrupt. Stop defending them, and just vote policy.

I think that that is what they are trying to tell you they are doing. They are voting for Paxton on policy issues. However some of yo refuse to listen or believe us.

Exactly. I don't like Paxton as a person. I don't like Trump's boorishness and style. But I voted for Trump 3 times and will vote for Paxton as senator because his policy positions are light years ahead of and in direct opposition to Talarico. I don't need to like them if they go to DC and do what I want them to do. I would have preferred Hunt, but the time for that choice was in the primary and not enough Texans agreed with me. So here we are. They can tell me what a crook they think Paxton is til they are blue in the face, and it won't make a lick of difference in who I vote for. Talarico is getting $10s of millions from big Dem donors. If you don't think he will be bought and paid for in support of their radical agenda, you aren't being honest with yourself.

Page 70 and people are still *****ing about Paxton on this thread as if there is a better alternative to pick come November.

What TF is your goal with your continued *****ing on this thread?

When you abstain from casting a vote for the next Texas Senator (or vote 3rd party), will you feel morally superior over everyone that voted for Paxton over the potential child predator?

Lol, you're right guys! He's a good ol boy that never meant to do no harm. Adultery, bribery, etc. don't make him a slime ball.

1. 60 REPUBLICAN Texas house members voted to impeach him.

2. It's okay to say "Yeah, he's corrupt, but still better than Talarico."

1. The Senate released a bi-partisan report in 2018 saying Trump colluded with Russia to steal the 2016 election. In 2019 the FBI admitted it was all a lie. Politicians lie, it's what they do best.

2. This is pretty much what most of us are saying. He may be a POS but Talarico's positions are awful.

Good, glad we got that worked out!

Paxton could gun someone down in the street in cold blood while Talarico was rescuing orphans from a burning building.

I'd still vote for Paxton over the commie POS leftist without hesitation.

Why is it so important for you that everyone agree that Paxton is corrupt? It isn't going to change any votes by people that care enough to vote.

Talarico would vote for Schumer.

What's frightening is Talarico doesn't need a single dollar to support their radical agenda, he BELIEVES IN IT!!!!

This is another reason why I don't vote Democrat. If this passes it will tar and feather the Dems in 2028. Dems are for illegals, migrants, visa holders, etc. Not Americans.

It's quite obvious what the Dem play is and why they support illegals so much. THEY NEED THE VOTES. 2020 was the gift that the Dems needed, thus the 81mm votes for Sleepy Joe, yet just 4 years later Trump smokes Harris. Why ? Couldn't cheat as much without covid and thus the realization that Dems really can't when the WH again without cheating or bringing in new voters.

And now the Dems threw Crockett to the wolves and have brought in the very weird and scary white guy. Real ads haven't even started yet exposing the wonder boy.

It's not just about votes. They're in the pockets of the cartels and need free-flowing borders.

That is actually a really interesting point. Obviously the cartels own Mexico but how do they funnel their money to democrats here in the US? Through soros backed orgs?

Google's pretty easy

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton was impeached by the state House of Representatives in May 2023 on 20 articles including bribery, abuse of public trust, obstruction of justice, and retaliation against whistleblowers. The charges primarily alleged that Paxton misused his office to protect a political donor, real estate developer Nate Paul, in exchange for personal favors like home renovations and employment for a woman with whom he had an affair. Additionally, he was accused of attempting to impede an ongoing securities fraud case against him.

So google is the definitive and objective source of news and information, if so we're really ****ed!

At the local level, before Soros got involved, Democrat DA's and judges were largely funded by criminal defense attorneys, who were in turn funded by their clients.

At a macro level, the size and scope of modern cartels probably extends through diversified financial holdings and professional services. And I would assume currency traders are part of that - was talking to a friend about this and he mentioned an episode of Ozark that made the news for detailing how drug runners could easily launder money through currency trades and investments. I myself am no expert, but there were enough true stories about cocaine cowboys in the past using S&L's and local banks and businesses.

With the number of car washes being put in EVERY WHERE I go, I think there must be some $$$ laundering going on. la Breaking Bad.

And in last 20 years, quarter horses. And I thought the first episode of Landman was BS about cartels being involved in the oil business in west Texas. But there is now a task force that's sole purpose is investigating that very thing. Set up by the Governor's office and the funding being run through the Border Prosecution Unit. So I guess that is a problem.

The other thing to think about is the downstream operations right here in the US using homegrown, native-born human resources that can influence politics and law enforcement.

Watching this race with detached interest. I haven't been a licensed Texas voter since I got out of the Navy in '88. But it strikes me that the same pattern seems to repeat itself over and over again. Texas GOP puts up a somewhat unlikeable candidate and the democrats wet themselves over the opportunity to turn the state blue. The GOP candidate wins with a sizable margin, but not before national dems flush tens, if not hundreds, of millions down the drain.

Paxton will win this thing going away. But from a national perspective I'm glad that the Dems are once again flushing their money.

He thinks conception requires consent because in his demonic mind, God had to have Mary's consent for conception which then translates to him into somehow being the right to abortion if you don't want the baby. Rightttt, Mary could've said no and killed the son of God. Talarico is a fake Christian

You're probably right. I wish Paxton would campaign harder. He needs to try to energize the dip****s who stay home unless they're motivated to vote.
