I never said he was a guaranteed win, I said he was leading in the polls. He keeps blasting ads to expand his voter base and it seems to be working. He also has a lot of material to work with making it pretty easy to air different ads.

This is the choice and he was a better choice than Corn brisket, who worked with the socialist regime on gun control legislation and other back-stabbing matters.

Texas cannot let communist candidates take over the US Senate. The way Texas has fallen downhill on almost every metric in the US over the past years was the only ad I needed to see that change is needed to turn Texas around.

I'm sure imitating California will work out swimmingly and turning control of the us senate to crazy socialists is only answer.

I'm not a Paxton fanboy at all. He sucked as AG, and didn't protect us citizens from Abbott's usurped powers during COVID. I wouldn't piss on that dip**** if he were on fire.

Anyway, his proposed policies do nothing but help the lower and middle class while hardly affecting the lives of the few that are in the top 1%. More affordable housing, higher base pay, and unions are not the end of the world and helped America have the largest middle class in the world in the mid-1900s. Yet these policies are seen as socialist now right when the middle class is collapsing.

He's weird as hell. Strike 1. He's a socialist, in every sense of the word as used in the vernacular. Strike 2 - eleventy. His policies would be extremely detrimental to all... but mostly to the lower income and middle class.

My guess is their strategy remains confident that blacks will stick with the plantation vote. Black women likely will. Black men, who knows? Over exposure of Jimmy is not going to help them.

The wildcard here is that Jasmine could go all Jasmine and literally tank the black vote. Hasn't happened yet but still could. If she's being advised her political career is pretty much DOA, why not? Make a lot more money as a black militant influencer.

He doesn't say everyone's welcome to the border, actually, he's saying the opposite, that there should be a strict border with a legal pathway to entry. People shouldn't be allowed to run across the border but also shouldn't be made to jump through impossible hoops to get into the country legally. The front porch mat metaphor is commonly forgotten part of his stance where he says there should be a lock on the door. His quote which is commonly edited to sound different is "Our border should be like a front porch it should have a welcome mat out front and a lock on the door."

Stance on guns. "Shall not be infringed" is plain English with a period at the end. Any regulations only serve to harm low income/middle class gun owners as rich people can afford to circumvent the aforementioned regulations.
