Had he just left it at Operation Midnight Hammer and the Venezuela operation, and gotten back to focusing on the economy and trimming the deficit, R's would have been wildly successful in the midterms, I think. Instead they're going to get crushed.

Is it possible the president sees this fight in Iran in bigger terms? Sees this as the fulfillment of something, or the elevation to some higher office beyond president of the United States? That's entirely possible.

If you are referring to this thread, then you are lying. Most on here have said this X was a dumb thing to do.

I'm a Trump supporter. Do I like this image? No. Do I wish he would not have posted it? Yep. I think he has been pushing it a little too far even for me lately.

But as others have said, I think this is his response to the 60 Minutes hit piece and we all know Trump has thin skin. Obama and Biden wouldn't have posted something like this, but they were actively trying to destroy the country. Trump is not, and that is what ultimately matters.

Don't forget, Trump, in a closed speech to a group of pastors on the saturday before easter also compared himself to Jesus.

This isn't the first time Trump has made the comparison.

I never said anything on this thread about Hunter - you did. There are different levels and flavors of degeneracy.
