They do not have a lot of troops around Pickaxe Mountain and Isfahan which is likely where the 460 kilograms of enriched uranium are stored.

it is the middle of the mountains/desert and we have bombed the hell out of everything there.

the IRGC pushed a ton of dirt onto the entrances BECAUSE they don't have troops there to guard them.

Article 5 would happen if Turkey actually felt like it was being attacked. The impact of the missile, where it lands, etc would be considered. A singular missile falling on Incirlik won't have a massive change on anything IMO. Turkey would respond by bombing a few strategic areas to show force then call it a day. I don't think they'd request article 5.

Iran is sending one missile a week and it has been easily intercepted both times. No one in Turkey is very concerned from what I can tell. I just came back yesterday from there.

Oil markets are acting like they think the war may be drawing down. Or at the very least Iran's ability to effectively close the straight has diminished. Animated .gifs are being spread on the internet of a bunch of ships getting through and Iran doing f*** all about it.
