And yes, LLM is an esoteric term. Maybe not in your industry, but it is in the wider world, it is. As I pointed out earlier, every industry uses terms, acronyms, and inside jokes that are opaque to outsiders. When we first married, my wife needed translation of what my dad, brother and I were talking about regarding the farm. When she went to work in the nuclear weapons complex, if she could talk about work, I often had to stop her and say "you're acronym-ing again."
My response here was partially because using terms that aren't widely known, and referencing a news story that isn't common knowledge, is a frequent sin here on TexAgs
Folks should remember that they are addressing a group that is truly diverse when they post here. All over Texas and the nation, ages 20-80, all sorts of industries. Just because you understand your post doesn't mean it's clear to all.
