Yeah, I'm with inconvenient truth on this one. I have read claims about units, Zhang escaping, encirclement of the 'forbidden city' but it all seems non-credible to me. We'll see. Hope I'm wrong.

I'm not sure this is a good thing for us anyway. Xi is an enemy but by all accounts the military's beef with Xi is that he's too soft on Taiwan. Obviously we don't want a more hawkish group taking power in China.
