Cancel culture is digging up a tweet or picture from 10 years ago and saying that person must lose everything because of it. What cancel culture is not, listening to what people say, take them seriously and stop following or giving that person a platform. Sure they can say what they want as long as it not a call to violence, but if it horrible, that person should be minimized. No matter what side they are on.
When I was in the College Republicans the KKK was holding a rally in Bryan. Everyone was looking at the College Republican as to what they would do. At the time CR was the largest student group on campus and it wasn't even close. In the leaders meeting I said we should do nothing. No protesting at their march. If we don't bring attention to it, nobody will hear their message. That is exactly what happened. About 50 people showed up at their march in Bryan and their march made page 6 and nobody even knew they were there. That is the way. Let them stay on the fringes. But as soon as you platform them like Tucker did, their message gets out and people start researching Fuentes.
