They now act as if they would go to their grave supporting the dems, even if biden, hillary, and obama personally taxed them 100% of their paychecks.

It's pretty easy for the brainwashers to brainwash these days. Young folks don't have much hope when US corporations sell out and give good paying jobs to foreigners over American born citizens with degrees. They can't afford houses, cars, food, newest cell phones, clothes they want, or whatever because of interest rates and inflation. They aren't used to hard times because they have been sheltered by their parents and our society their whole young life then Covid and Joe Biden hit and turned the world upside down. Easy to see how Socialism is getting more than a little traction in the new DEM party.
Socialist ideals probably sound all rosy and grand to easily manipulated people, unless you know the real history of it which I guess is not covered in schools now, and brainwashing the youth in schools has been going on forever by Liberal teachers and professors.

My neighbors immigrated to the US from Poland 30 years ago. Initially relocated in Oregon. After a few years they saw subtle changes in government there that reminded them of the bad things in Poland.
They began looking for states that resembled the "American Dream" they had heard and read about while in Poland. Moved to Texas and love it.
They can't believe Americans are so ignorant when it comes to politics. They've seen communism and authoritarianism. They see the same thing in the Democratic party.
