Believe what you want. I was an 07/02 FFL for a decade and personally saw how screwed up the NFA registry is. Every inspection, I had multiple approve forms they had zero record of. I've also been called by the FBI at least 3 times asking for help with traces since giving up the FFL. FBI/ATF has no reason to call long out of business FFLs, asking if they still have records, if there is an easily searchable registry.

New rules announced. They basically apply the district court rulings nationwide to everybody.
