Exactly. Why wouldn't they release all this or prosecute it? Politically they should have before the election. Kamala is never even mentioned I'd assume and she could point to this right before people vote.

There's something that both sides won't release, and it's not some names that were redacted. Both sides are playing games to protect each other and distract the public from what's really going on.

Agreed, I have no idea what is really going on, none of us do, but if I had to bet...my money is on CIA applying max pressure to keep the dam from busting. To keep them from being copletely exposed. They are used to being exposed decades after the fact, when everyone involved is dead or irrelevent.

I do not for one second think that Trump raped kids or teenagers and that Bondi, Kash etc. are doing all of this at his orders, to protect him.

Bondi and Kash deserve the criticism. They have repeatedly lied about the files and obstructed their release. House Speaker Mike Johnson obstructed the release too.

The only reason the files are being partially released now is because 4 Rs in the House joined with the House Dems and forced it. Resistance by some Senate Rs crumbled at that point and the law was passed.

And yet the obstruction by Bondi is still going on. Many of the files remain fully or partially redacted.

At the end of the day, this is all on one person - Pam f'ing Bondi, the head of the DOJ. Trump has about a million other things he has to deal with other than this. If she cannot properly perform her job, get someone in there who can. It's painfully obvious that exposing the elites is way above her head.

Why a) the outrage now when the DOJ had these same files for over 4 years and not a peep from anyone in congress? and b) if they had info to bring charges on Trump, with as much as they absolutely despise him, why was the info not released which would have completely killed any chance of a 2nd term Presidency? It would have been a million times easier than trying to assisinate him twice.

I wish I could get a straight answer on this, but it seems like that is virtually impossible around here.

a) because Dems are in it too; they don't want to harm their own people if they don't have to
b) because if they implicated him and he was indeed in there, they know he would make sure the whole house would burn down along with him; they probably thought he wouldn't win anyway but Dems are known for being under-reactive/underprepared -- it's cost them 2 of the last 3 presidential elections

Short answer: Dems were protecting their own just like Bondi et. al. is protecting her own right now.

This is true. We saw something similar with all the demands for Trump to share his tax returns. Rabid Dems were convinced they got im. Then some files were leaked and there was no there there. Rinse repeat. Trump is the most investigated person ever and they still don't got im.

I'm on board with that. If anyone was involved with anything having to do with a minor, they need to go down. No more protecting people, it's time to pay the piper. Even if the person wasn't a minor and they were involved in sex trafficking, it's time for whomever was involved to see the inside of a jail cell for the rest of their lives.

Thanks for the response and I agree. I just wish these people could get over their Trump obsession and see the big picture or nothing will ever change. I will repeat, if Trump was involved with sex trafficking of any kind, then JD Vance should be our President.

Today's performance by Bondi confirms what has been apparent for months. After the birthday card drawing and message Trump drew and wrote for Epstein came out, Trump's personal attorney Todd Blanche met with Ghislaine and Ghislaine's attorney for two days. Iirc, no other DOJ attny was present to take notes or witness what was said. Then she was immediately transferred to the minimum security Club Fed prison in Brazos County.

Show me anywhere I've accused a President of being a pedophile. I can find numerous places where others labeled President Biden one. I have not. The only thing I've posted is I want the Epstein stuff out and the GOP is currently actively obstructing that process. The only hypocrisy about that is the right goaltending for the admin's obstruction.

The number 1 person pushing for release is a Republican.

A Republican controlled congress and executive branch has released 3.5 million more documents then was released when the DNC was in power.
